you need to diasble your firewalls and windows defender so iTunes can communicate with the apple server to verify your phone is listed on the developers account, this is a known issue with ituens 8.2

did you upgrade to the new version of iTunes 8.2.0.13? This is the one released along with Beta 5. | |

I am not at home to check my Mac but my PC here at work has the correct version of itunes. I can only assume that my Mac has it also since I downloaded the Mac version after I downloaded the PC version. | |

i had the same problem. i uninstalled 8.2b10 (13). reinstalled 8.1.1 then upgraded to 8.2b10 (13) and rebooted. after that my mac picked it up and i upgraded to 3.0. Thennnnnnnnnnnnnn i found out that apple blocked loading custom provider settings so i uninstalled again and downloaded a torrent of 8.2b7 (10) and got my MMS working. hope that helps | |
