For about 3 days now I keep getting the error no data network availabel or unable to connect to it.. Any one else having this issue or have any answers??????? Can't chekc email, facebook or for god sakes tweet

I guess you already double checked the APN setting is entered in the Cellular Data page

I just did a restore and that fixed it.  There's probably another way, but this was pretty easy (other than waiting for all my stuff to load back on).

Figured it out.  I found a website called APN Changer that allows you to visit their with your iphone borwser and reset the APN even on Beta 5.

I had the same issue. I'm not smart enough to know why, but after hours of desperation, I figured I'd have to send it in for repair. Stuck my SIM in an unlocked Nokia E71 and it found 3G just fine, so I then put it back in my iPhone and problem was solved. I would try putting your SIM in an unlocked or another ATT phone, let it find the network and put it back in your iPhone.
